What is the typical lead time for custom pickup orders?
Since many of our pickups are handmade to order, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our audio electronics worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
Are Nordstrand pickups compatible with my specific bass or guitar model?
Most of our products follow industry-standard sizing. We provide detailed dimensional technical drawings on each product page to help you verify fitment before purchasing.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We accept returns on non-installed items in original packaging within 30 days. Please note that once a pickup or preamp has been soldered or installed, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do your preamps come pre-wired?
We offer both pre-wired kits for easy 'plug and play' installation and individual components for custom configurations. Check the product description for the specific wiring status.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
All Nordstrand Audio products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
