At Nordstrand Audio, we stand behind the precision and quality of our tone-shaping equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Securely package the electronics in their original internal packaging to prevent damage to delicate components or finishes during transit.

  Ship to Nordstrand

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured postage and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
